How do I cancel or change an order?
If you would like to cancel or make a change to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 3 hours.  Once an item has left our warehouse, you will need to go through the return policy.

It’s been longer than 30 days since I placed my order, but have not received my item(s). Who do I contact about this?
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days, please contact Customer Service by email at info@acquadepot.com. They will check the status of your order.

I received my order, but am missing an item. What do I do now?
If there are parts missing from your order, please contact Customer Service by email at info@acquadepot.com. They will send out your missing items.

I think I received the wrong product. How do I return it for the correct one?
If you think you have received the wrong product, please go through the process of obtaining an RMA Number. Some items may have been substituted if the ordered item is out of stock or was discontinued. Customer Service will be able to clarify this for you. Please contact Customer Service by email at info@acquadepot.com.

When will I receive a refund for retuned products?
We will process a refund as soon as we have received the product. However, refunds can take up to 10 days to show up on your credit card statement. Please contact Customer Service by email at info@acquadepot.com, if you have any further questions.
